born in brazil, lucca made the move to the united states to pursue college soccer — living the exact journey fts pathway was built around. he competed at the ncaa level, experiencing the recruiting process from the inside out. after his playing career, he became head scout at barça residency academy arizona, one of the most respected mls next programs in the country. driven by his own story, lucca is on a mission to bridge the gap between the us and overseas — making the college soccer experience accessible to every kid with the ambition to reach it.

jaden grew up fully immersed in the us soccer system, competing for top clubs including barça residency academy in arizona and players development academy in new jersey. he went on to spend five years at the ncaa division i level with uncw, earning both team and individual accolades along the way. his coaching experience gives him a rare ability to see the game through a coach's eyes — knowing exactly what programs look for and how to break down film at a high level. currently an active professional, jaden is living proof of what it takes to make it to the next level, and he brings that knowledge directly to every player fts pathway works with.
